Questions

What people ask us
on WhatsApp.

Do I need to be a sports or physio student?
No. Most participants come from sports science, physiotherapy or health-related fields, but the programme is open to graduates, professionals, and anyone serious about movement and learning.
What fitness level do I need?
You don't need to be an athlete. The cohort comes from every starting point. You'll be coached and stretched, never measured against the room.
Will my home university accept the credits?
30 ECTS records the programme workload. A rough comparison is about 15 US semester credits or 60 Australian points, but these are not recognition guarantees. Your home institution alone decides whether and how the credits count, so confirm this with your registrar before applying. The Info Pack explains the documentation available for that review.
Is there an age limit?
Most participants are between 19 and 30, but there's no strict cap. If you're fit for movement and serious about the academic part, you're welcome. Past cohorts have included graduates and professionals well into their thirties and beyond.
