"This experience
lasts a lifetime."
Dora Gaal · Hungary
Dora's storyStraight from Bali · a few minutes

"Study in Bali gave me the opportunity to learn and try amazing things I had only dreamed of, with wonderful new friends and staff. It was truly the time of my life."
Marcus Flink · Sweden
"What made my experience abroad extraordinary was the fact that I was able to complete 30 ECTS credits in Bali and fully transfer them back to my home university."
Lia-Mara Bösch · Switzerland · via GoAbroad
"The program is full of amazing sports, full of experiences and activities I would have chosen on my own anyway. Yoga and healing workshops, but also learning how to surf, skateboarding, river rafting, a tour to the mountains."
Alma · Germany"I was really scared to jump off that cliff. Everyone held my hand and cheered for me. People I had known for four weeks became my biggest support system in a completely unknown place."
Jaanvi Gindwani · Indonesia"From day one I felt uncertain, because everything was new to me. It taught me a lot, and this whole experience is life-changing for me. Whatever I'm becoming, it all started here."
Zed · Indonesia"This is probably the best four months of my life. It's extremely fun, you get to meet a lot of new people from around the world, and you get to learn a lot about sports and physiotherapy."
Jordan Talwar · India5 modules.
30 ECTS.
Taught, examined and credited by Universitas Udayana, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Physiotherapy. Up to 30 ECTS. About 15 US credits is a rough workload comparison, not a recognition guarantee. The academic documents come from Universitas Udayana; we help you provide them to your home registrar.
Bali's waves, reefs and rivers become the classroom. Surfing, snorkelling, river rafting and a supervised scuba taster, with the safety theory and the fitness and yoga work behind them.
How the body answers to load. Energy systems, nutrition, biomechanics, injury prevention and taping, from pre-exercise screening through to rehabilitation.
Strength, endurance and the science of the gym. Functional anatomy, kettlebells and free weights, plus the nutrition and supplementation that sits behind real training.
Sport in a hot, humid climate and the culture around it. Yoga philosophy, traditional healing, spa and physiotherapy, sport and ageing, and Bali's own sporting communities.
Enough Bahasa Indonesia to hold a conversation, plus the history and culture of Indonesia and Bali, from early Nusantara to island life today.
ECTS, a full study-abroad semester. Certificate and academic transcript from Universitas Udayana travel home with you.
